Mike is a real straight shooter. We’ve had trouble keeping up with the house with some recent medical issues and decided we had enough. So, we called Mike, who came over that afternoon and got to know us, and we talked about our timeline and needs. He really listened to our situation and laid out all of our options for us — very professional and knowledgable. We quickly felt like we were a team — working together to find our best solution. After giving the property a look, he said that he feels its in our best interest to list with a realtor…WE WERE FLOORED…he even gave us a few quick pointers and suggested that we spend a few bucks and hire a painter and also suggested we work with a really fantastic realtor friend. We didn’t end up doing business with Mike, but truly do thank him for his efforts and honesty.
